What parents and guardians should expect

This page explains our two main public-facing events. The next combined day is , 8am – 5pm. Further preparation notes may be shared here and through the school office so you always know what the day is for, who it is for, and what you will see and discuss.

  • Clear purpose — whether the day is for enrolled families (Academic Visit) or the wider community (Open Day).
  • What to bring — for example, learner details or questions you want answered.
  • Who to meet — class teachers, leadership, and support staff as relevant.
  • Follow-up — how to stay in touch after the visit (office hours, email, phone).

Academic Visit

For parents and guardians of learners already enrolled

· 8am – 5pm

An Academic Visit is when parents or guardians come to school to follow up on their child’s general academic performance and conduct—so you understand how your learner is progressing in class and in behaviour, and how we can work together at home and at school.

What you can expect to see and discuss

  • Overview of your child’s progress across subjects and class participation.
  • Conversation about conduct, discipline, and positive habits.
  • Guidance on how you can support learning and character at home.
  • Time to ask questions and agree on simple next steps where helpful.

Open Day

For community members and families not yet enrolled

· 8am – 5pm

Open Day is when community members and non-school parents visit the school to learn more about us. It is a chance to walk the environment, meet staff, and get answers to practical questions—such as the school fees structure, Primary Seven performance at PLE level, admissions, and daily life at FONAPSA.

What visitors often ask about

  • Fees, payment expectations, and what is included.
  • PLE results trends and how we support P7 candidates.
  • School ethos, class sizes, and co-curricular life.
  • How to enrol and what the first term typically looks like for new families.
